Pros

People you work with are good. The company provides good benefits for their employees. Use to be a great place you would want to retire at.

Cons

New direction of the company and attitude of new executives. New management does not care about its employees. Their decisions and actions are not in line with what they say to the employees in meetings.

Advice to Management

Think about your employees not just of top management and their financial being.

    Pros

    - Lots of changes, newness and excitement
    - CEO has alot of different ideas that could be great
    - Pay was good under old management, not sure how it compares now

    Cons

    - With new CEO and changes, layoffs of at least 1200 at the home office alone.
    - With the changes, lots of uncertainty
    - Layoffs of people because of old school mentality, if your not open and willing to do what they want, you will be let go
    - Benefits got worse during my 10 year career, hopefully that changes with new management

    Advice to Management

Consider your people before just laying them all off, then posting positions that you could have put them in.

    Pros

Competitive Salary, beautiful building and facilities.

    Cons

A now very stressful place to work where you are constantly looking over your shoulder.

    Advice to Management

Changing too many things at once to simplify business. Cutting so many employees and reverting to old practices is overwhelming people at work.
