Good student employer / Resume Builder

ProsFlexible hours, incredibly friendly supervisors.

ConsLack of direction and consistency from corporate level. LP guidelines put burden of risk on employee, while employer expects results but legally keeps their hands clean.

Advice to Senior ManagementDevelop and maintain procedures that apply across the board. Share burden of risk with LP employees, or back off of expected results.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
