Great at one time now has gone down hill

Cons* Long hours and even some overnights especially during holiday season
* The new CEO has taken this company in the wrong direction and the company has laid off a lot of dedicated, long term employees for younger more experienced because they don't want to pay the higher salaries or benefits

Advice to Senior ManagementBring back the old Jc Penney that cared about their employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Pros: Great work/ life balance. Able to work schedule that… Cons: Too much turmoil the last year. Jobs eliminated, job… Advice to Senior Management: The store modal was changed too drastically.
