“Better then went to worst”
I have been working at J. C. Penney part-time for more than a year
Pros – the hours are great they are flexible
the work is not hard
25%discount on everything
Cons – They want everything to be perfect...they want you to work every week end and also the pay there sucks because they want to pay the minimum wage always
Advice to Senior Management – Better pay
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
