    Pros

They were very flexible with my school schedule and my other job. School always came first, and they were very good with that

    Cons

The raises are horrible, even if you get the highest pay raise, it was still only like 25 cents. Worked there for 6 years, got a pay raise every single year, and still made less than $10/hour. I didn't feel like i was appreciated enough, even though I worked my butt off there. There were associates that were lazy and barely did anything and they never and consequences to their terrible work habits.

    Pros

Benefits along with culture and values

    Cons

Last minute communication or conflicting communication from corporate leadership to stores and customers resulting in wasted payroll and lost customer base.

    Advice to Management

Too much conflicting communication and direction are being given to stores to execute as well as numerous pricing programs that confuse our customers, call a sale a sale, a coupon a coupon.
