    relax laid back everyone helps each other very nice

    Cons

    taking people words for granted not looking into the facts always one side and downturn of the company as a whole losing your core base of customers

    Advice to Management

    stop taking sides you may have respect of your supervisors and certian employees just because they work there a long time does not mean they are always right or know everything always talking behind others workers back

    Pros

    lots of good people to work with, good training, management not bad. Like the no questions return policy... Like the every day pricing strategy. Like the consistancy of hours...not a lot of late nights or early mornings for sales associates.

    Cons

    they shifted their corporate philosophy to the younger customers... and threw out many of the long term associates and the older customers. Got rid of customer service desks... Created an atmosphere that if you say any thing bad about the company they will git rid of you... bit of paranoia because of the massive layoffs.

    Advice to Management

    hope that the new philosophy works or your going to drive a great company into the dirt, sorry for all of the good people that got let go. Like some of the things that mr johnson is trying to do...dont know if it will transfer to custimers....feel that he made his changes too fast...like turning the Titanic...
