    Pros

Management does not stand over you.

    Cons

Not enough recognition to workers. Pay can be a little better.

    Advice to Management

Show a little more recognition when they are doing a good job.

    Pros

Most of the time it was a relaxed area. Well that is if you stood up to your management. The home office was nice, with all the little shops and in house gym.

    Cons

Overall the company is a good company to work for but when they got the new CEO. The company last it's way of what it stood for.

    Advice to Management

Its not good keeping everything same. It's about moving forward and make everyone's job easier. Take a stand and have a back bone. It's not about being everyone's friend.
