    Pros

    The pay was acceptable. The benefits were good. The company has a $2 bonus given for every instant credit application an employee receives. Full-time employees get just over one paid off day every month.

    Cons

    Heaven help you if you ever have to change your availability. Company culture has a lot of drama. Management will "forget" approved vacations and deny requests for obscure reasons. Hours will be dropped with little to no warning to bring your average ours down and avoid giving benefits.

    Follow your own rules regarding retaliation.

    Fun associates
    Flexible hours, eASy to call off if need be
    Easy to pick up on inventory, not a very high learning ciurvw

    Cons

    Poor communications between team members and management
    Infighting between team members leads to staff disruption
    Over reliance on credit applications as measure of success
