    Pros

    Easy to get a job, many of your coworkers are awesome, chances to move to almost every department if you ask, very flexible schedules

    Cons

    No full-time employment for anyone except managers, terrible schedules (5-9pm shifts 6 days in one week) and unreliable number of hours, no employee retention, managers are hard to find when needed and don't back up the employees.

    Advice to Management

    Support your employees instead of making them be the bad guy in front of the customer, give employees consistent hours instead of 5 hours one week and 35 the next,

    Pros

    My coworkers were very friendly.

    Cons

    There is little to no communication between regular sales associates and management. There is no middle management. I have been taken off commission and am expected to do more work for the same pay, i.e. the job of a catalog/findmore associate, sales support and to be an expert in my area of the store. After this year, full-time sales associates will be phased out. Hours are scarce.

    Advice to Management

    Treat employees with more respect.
