i liked the hours but that was it.

Cons

worst job i ever had. The boss stood me up on the first interview and was rude to me after. I didn't work there long but the people i worked with were bitter and petty so i wouldn't suggest it. there are no benefits for part time employees and their "customer service policies" read like they are trying to brainwash you.

Advice to Senior Management

treat your employees with respect and they might be nicer to the customers without you having to brainwash them.
