Pros

JCP is overall a great place to work. They have a way of making there employees feel like everybody is one big family. Management always makes you feel like you make a difference in the company and within the store. Also, compared to other supervisor positions at different companys, JCP pay pretty well.

Cons

JCP asks a lot of their supervisors and employees; sometimes too much. It's a challenge but one will worth it. JCP has implemented a lot of different programs that sometimes feel like are un-acheivable. However the programs all have great intentions.

Advice to Senior Management

Management is great at JCP. They make you feel like you make a difference in the store you are working in and with company as well. Management has high standards and that's why the company is doing so well.
