    Pros

    Added experience
    Six sigma training
    lean certificaton

    Cons

pay- somewhat competitive but not an industry leader
infrastructure- Would rather run a logistics operation from Chernobyl
Lack of talent infusion- No transition program to support emerging leaders of today

    Advice to Management

Focus on keeping talent in house. Abandoned the pay your dues and wait your turn mentality. This only aides in grooming your talent to leave and become an asset to another company.
