Pros

Easy mindless work. They are pretty flexible on scheduling and management is excellent. Managers are more than willing to help you succeed in the work place which is hard to find in a company.

Cons

Pay is horrible. Not too much room to grow with the company unless you want to devote your whole career to them.

Advice to Senior Management

Leadership nat J.C. Penney is excellent. I wouldn't offer any feedback to them. They know how to treat their customers and try hard to treat their employees well.
