Great coWorkers, management team is more than amazing, they really look out for you, the work load isn't based on one person, fun environment, customers aren't THAT crazy, store manager more like a coworker (he's awesome/easy to talk to), schedule works for you

Cons

part time, wish they offered full time

Advice to Management

Hire full time associates!!!!

    Liked the other employees and my store management team

    Cons

    Employees are expendable, even after years of service.

    Advice to Management

    CEO needs to take in consideration of excellent service of middle management before they decide that all of the middle management needs to be replaced at lower salaries with unqualified personnel

    Pros

    Insurance benefits/ packages were great.

    Cons

    Payroll was constantly off, coverage & shifts were never set, they no longer offer "recovery teams" like most major Dept. stores offer, We would be scheduled to leave by 10 after mall closing by 9, yet we were "NOT ALLOWED" to leave until we were told, which was NEVER BEFORE 11:45/12am. ZERO, ZERO training. The store manager & 2 other managers were constantly "upstairs" and employees/dept leaders could never ever reach any of them. I witnessed one customer get so upset in regards to the way the store manager spoke to an employee over the "walkie" system, the customer nearly grabbed the device off the counter to respond back to the degrading store manager! Just awful. I've worked in retail for so many years as a Store & Asst Manager, this was by far, the worst.
