    Pros

Great with giving time off for school, and working around personal life.

    Cons

Very poor management who acted like children in high school, playing favorites and what not. Atmosphere was ok, too much pressure on getting credit card applications. Some even took humiliation tactics to force employees to meet their quotas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Act your age, and give people fair opportunities. Don't put so much emphasis on getting credit card application.

    Pros

Great off-site training (not from immediate manager). Loss Prevention is run by store management making it very difficult to actually implement any Loss Prevention programs and policies as they generally don't know anything about LP.

    Cons

Loss Prevention is run by store management making it very difficult to actually implement any Loss Prevention programs and policies as they generally don't know anything about LP.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train better, recognize your team leaders and managers more, generally do your job better or step down so someone who knows what they are doing can take over.
