    Pros

A great company to work for. They value their workers. Great benefits. After 90 days of being with them, you get 200 hours of paid vacation.

    Cons

I've heard they do not pay well. You must be willing to work in a warehouse environment. They have 2 shifts, 1st is from 7-3 and 2nd is from 3:30-11:30. They did not communicate that we would have mandatory overtime as often as we did very well when I accepted the position.

    Advice to Management

I think they are expanding too rapidly and cannot keep up with it.

    Pros

Great atmosphere and the customers are fun. Co-workers are easy to get along with.

    Cons

There isn't a lot of advancement and inspiration to to bigger things. Not everyone is as detail-oriented and attentive, so sometimes others need to pick up the slack.

    Advice to Management

    Train everyone up to standard
