A great company with great people, and also great perks. It is a lot of fun to work at J.Crew

Cons

Sometimes work requires very long hours, but this is common in all jobs, and it was not all the time, only on occasion.

Advice to Senior Management

My only advice would be to keep up the great work and perhaps move to a building with a few more windows.
