    I worked at J. Crew part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The company prides itself on everyone using their best judgment, you don't have to look towards a handbook to make decisions, this gives a strong sense of morale throughout the work place.

    Cons

    There are not many ways to move up, many workers do very little to get by and those that do great rarely get recognized.
