    Pros

Interesting (most of the time), friendly, and stylish coworkers; excellent discount program; short shifts

    Cons

Expected 100% selfless service to customer without any substantial commission rewarded; low, low, low hourly wages; scheduling sales staff is never consistent; on calls are extremely selfish of company and inconvenient to employees; dress code is fairly stringent (no denim jackets with pants!?); sometimes ridiculous chats with assistant manager about selling cost (amount you sold vs. amount company paid you)

    Advice to Management

Understand that your employees work hard, though they can't control who comes in and who buys what. If sales are low for an employee, it very well could mean that it was dead that night, or the entire week, or the hours you scheduled that person. Don't give ultimatums to improve "or else"... this will only alienate the employee.
