I worked at J. Crew
Pros – If you can get on with the company in the right position and Managment likes you personally you can get a job
Cons – Must be someones friend or kiss major butt to get a job. not good work just kiss someones butt that is a manager
Advice to Senior Management – Treat Seasonal Employees better. Tell them up front that they WILL be laid off. and let them know when. I understand it is seasonal but you know ahead of time that you won't keep all.
