    Pros

    Very recognizable and prestigious brand, exceptional people in certain parts of the company, a crash course in dealing with work politics.

    Cons

    Hard to love the survey process especially in today's electronic world. Outdated products and loves to live in history rather than embracing the fast changes of today's world

    Advice to Management

    Innovate and grow your core products by challenging middle management to do more than just check data, fill binders with numbers, and repeat last year's processes. You have extremely strong brand recognition, but very poor execution on capitalizing on it.

    The world has passed you by on your methodology and product delivery. The world is now more than ever open to rating and reviewing products and services, and buying based on the results. Yet you haven't put yourself in the forefront of this.

    And don't forget about keeping employees happy. Put away your ball and chains, knock down those cubicle walls, and open up an office where talent will find you.
