Worst job Ive had

Shift Manager (Former Employee) London, England (UK)

ProsFriendly people, flexible hours, pub isn't too busy. breaks are reasonable. complies with standard training procedures

ConsPay is awful, hours are very long, made to do work that isn't in your description. Working extra hours sometimes past closing hours and not being paid.
Under-paid, over-worked, management did not comply to direct-gov work guidelines
massive staff turnover

Advice to Senior ManagementGive staff reasonable hours, pay them if they work past their hours, don't spend all of your shift in the office and let everyone else do the work

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
