“Great place to work”
Former Employee – worked at J. Goldman & Co.
Pros – Very fun atmosphere to work in. Extremely attractive compensation structure. Lots of autonomy. Competent and entertaining coworkers. Overall a great place.
Cons – Not much structure so person must be a self starter who is willing to take full responsibility for their success.
