    Pros

Opportunities to grow professionally, many opportunities to network, very large company with good reputation.

    Cons

Promotions do not always come with a raise, internal transfers to other departments usually do not come with a raise even if responsibilities increase.

    Advice to Management

P&P changes should be made based off of the specific needs of the particular department and job function rather than the bank as a whole. If you believe new P&Ps are a joke, than take the initiative to do something about it rather than encouraging everyone to ride it out and wait for it to fail.

Current Employee - Sales Assistant in New York, NY
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Large company, access to a lot of corporate perks, job security in the sense that the company probably won't tank.

    Cons

Retail banking employees are treated as expendable assets and within corporate hiring hardly ever gets pulled from retail banking at all.

    Advice to Management

More training for new sales assistants to decrease discrepancies in processes and mistakes. A little more guidance in the beginning of the term would be very helpful.
