    Pros

JP Morgan Chase is an old reputable company and its better to have a job than not have one!

    Cons

The company has the lowest payscale of any other bank. The company will not support tuition reinbursement even though they offer it. They eventually ask you to multi-task and perform management related duties but never increase your salary. The management team is so detached from their employees. The management often sladers the lowel level employee and the supervisors have now clue and depend on their staff to save the day. Overall its a hightly stressfull, understaffed, unprofessional, and depressing place to work. As soon as I found a better job, I resigned with a two week notice immediately!

    Advice to Management

Stop taking a blind eye to what's going on in your company. The Management team is lying about the numbers to make everything appear to be ok, thus playing a mathematical game with the statistics. They will never let an employee progress unless its an employee they can forever keep in their pocket. If you really check most managers working for you do not possess the educational background required for the position and most have been recruited from other companies where they were terminated from.

Do an overall assessment (third party), and try to benchmark your operations from some of the leaders in the industry (BOA). Clean up house and start from the top!

    Pros

Large company, access to a lot of corporate perks, job security in the sense that the company probably won't tank.

    Cons

Retail banking employees are treated as expendable assets and within corporate hiring hardly ever gets pulled from retail banking at all.

    Advice to Management

More training for new sales assistants to decrease discrepancies in processes and mistakes. A little more guidance in the beginning of the term would be very helpful.
