Pros

Its the biggest name in financial sector world over. Working with a company that big gives you the experience one will not receive elsewhere.

Cons

Not all people are the same. One must learn to get along with different type of people and think of the bigger picture to move ahead.

I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

good salaries right out of school, lots of responsibility (this is also a con), good resume builder

    Cons

Backstabbing corporate culture, incompetent managers, no place for outside the box thinking, better not have a life outside of JPM, JPM Chase is one of the most vile and disgusting corporate entities on the planet.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This company is fiscally insolvent and is completely reliant on taxpayer bailouts and cheap loans from the federal reserve. Management needs to get back to responsible banking as this company should technically be bankrupt
