    I have been working at J.P. Morgan as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

    Salary good for persons living at home. Chase provides extrensive training, in the classroom as well as online. Workstations are modern and conducive to a healthy work environment.

    Cons

    40 hour work week. Micromangement , Hard to get interviews for internal transfers. Building poorly designed, have to wait 10 minutes to get an elevator at 5:00 p.m. Only 5 stalls in ladies room on a floor that has 200 employees.
