- Sometime hirearchy driven though there is an ongoing attempt to be more inclusive and everything has its pluses and minuses

    Despite the recent public outcry and trading losses, Jamie Dimon and crew are navigating this ship excellently. I like to work for a company where the CEO is considered a rock star in the industry.
