    Pros

Excellent remuneration, large workload assigned early on, opportunity to work on live pitches

    Cons

Insufficient feedback, bad team atmosphere, lack of personal encouragement although markets are the opposite - EMEA DI team notoriously bad for this

    Advice to Management

If you want to retain your employees for reasons other than a poor market, then I would recommend you try to promote more supportive team culture,
