Pros

The people "behind the scenes" at Chase are some of the best trained and loyal people you will ever come across in a global company. The management has a standing "open door" policy and interacts with their personnel daily.

Cons

Some of the HR policies are out-dated, and need to be reviewed.

Advice to Management

Look closer at allowing employees to telecommute when possible. The hours are much more flexible and the productivity much higher than those in the office.

    Pros

Largest balance sheet, safer than most other banks, decent benefits. Some people are very smart as they got recycled from the best shops on the street

    Cons

Bureaucratic, too much reorganization, little communication from top management on direction. Little risk taking from most employees to make the place better and avoid status quo

    Advice to Management

JP Morgan is respected as the quintessential american bank. Investors and the american public expect the bank to be run efficiently and not as a bureaucratic governmental office. Make sure people are heard of and feel they are progressing on their careers if they deserve to do so.
