Pros

Great Salary, Lots of responsibility, fast paced environment, leading edge technology

Cons

Long hours are expected. There were many weeks that I worked 60+ hours. It was needed to get the job done.

They are constantly looking to cut cost and people is one way that they do that. Doing more with less it the common montra.

I don't know if they still do, but they used to use a forced ranking system that demanded that 20% of the employees in a department were Exceptoinal, 70% were Acceptable and 10% were in need of improvement. This worked fine for a couple of years, but eventually good people were forced into a need improvement ranking because we had to meet the distribution curve.

Advice to Management

Realize that you can't keep cutting staff and still have a reasonable work life balance.

    Pros

Chase provides1 month of training before they put us on the floor. They had a active CAS manager attend training with the trainger since so much has changed since the last training 1 year ago.

    Cons

Since there has been such a long streach without hirring into this position the training is a bit disorganized
