I have been working at J.P. Morgan

    Pros

One of the best training programs on the street for investment banking. Summer analyst class was filled by people from many different schools -- definitely a plus when you're trying to build a firm that needs to relate to clients from many different backgrounds as well. You learn so much and connect with so many people over such a short time.

    Cons

Investment banking hours can be brutal. You usually have to show up to the office around 9 o'clock and stay past midnight to work on projects/models. Your workload is highly variable, but if you do have some downtime, your managers usually have no qualms about you stepping out for an hour to go to the gym and come back.
