Be prepared to work your life away. No work life balance. No job security. Just the buddy system.

I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Decent pay. But that's it.

    Cons

You will live, eat and sleep JP Morgan. No job security. Management has no clue. Understaffed, outsourced and off shored. Terrible place to work. No work life balance. Advancement based on who you know instead of what kind of work you do. Look at how many people have DIED while working there. A heart attack waiting to happen. Best thing I ever did was leave.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hows about some value added management instead of just "yes" men? You would do better to actually do your jobs instead of just trying to kiss up to the guy in front of you.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
