I worked at J.P. Morgan as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    Everything!
Location was great, the job was entertaining, really good wage for an intern in Turkey, nice benefits(inc sodexo card), the workers, the office was amazing and so much more!

    Cons

The only con i could come up with was that some of the senior(women) weren't down to earth people, i guess they were being professional etc but the interns were scared and intimidated to talk to them or even ask a question(including me) but the senior guys(including the head) where proper awesome guys!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

All i can think of is, you might get more out of interns(cheap labour lol) if you tried involving them more, not intimidated to ask question to seniors because the interns need to learn, 80% of interns return as graduates! so this also benefits JP.
