I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Large company that provides low grade opportunities across the US and world

    Cons

Horrible health care insurance and pretty bad benefits in general. Very difficult to move laterally to different LOB's. Upper management is not supportive to career growth. Get lost in the weeds.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote educated individuals in the respective fields. If the promotion is simply based on work performance then pay for college courses. Management in a large business should have general business knowledge, not just over payed paper pushers. Please figure out how grade work performance. Changing it every 6 months sets everyone up for failure.
