I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Real business insights, many very smart and hardworking and nice people.

Cons

Many of the cons that come with corporate employment: bonuses are very much tied to political standing, with so many quality people, every move is paramount. With all of the benefits JPMC gives to employees, comp is lower than average.

    Red Carpet
Management and actual IT team seldom zero-in the action items.
Business teams barely understand the correct sizing of the innvoative deliverables.
Voice speaks louder then Action, effort, deliverables and team management.

Myths, rasing the phoenix in DW needs money, brains, time and effort. not just vision document without action plan.
