I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent amount of time off - 4 weeks vac time, personal, sick days too.

    Cons

I left after a year. Its amazing to me the lack of tools meaning software programs, laptops, to actually do the job. No one wants to hear ideas to make things better or change. When I provided my 2 week notice. Leadership barely acknowledged and I was rated well on my performance reviews! My last day no one conducted an exit interview, walked me out, I had to contact HR and turn in my badge to the guard. What the heck is this?

    Advice to Management

Leadership is lacking, they post they empower, move people up the ladder, listen to the associates wants and needs. Start to practice - walk the talk! Remove the leaders who think they can get the work done by making associates feel afraid.
