I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Working in the Legal Dept at Chase was a very memorable experience. It gave me a chance to work in an area that I had no prior knowledge of. It was a very hectic environment and we had targets to meet every quarter but the people that I worked with made it tolerable, and eventually, enjoyable.

    Cons

There were no real down sides, the long hours were tiring on the brain sometimes, but the work needed to be done so we never complained.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice would be to treat your staff with respect. The better you treat them the harder they will work for you. At Chase whenever our targets were met we would be rewarded with a special lunch and/or company gifts.
