Pros

Focused on customer experience, risk and control, excellent teamwork to deliver value for business - allows innovation and pays well too.

Highly competitive environment - lots and lots of work, need to deliver at the speed of light, though we talk about work/life balance but gets harder to achieve.

I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

There are a lot of good people working there. They were always willing to lend a helping hand. Plenty of opportunity to learn new things.

    Cons

The biggest down side was that management kept cutting back resources, but still wanted everybody to still get the jib done and work a minim 50 hours a week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the workers a little more. The people in the trenches know what needs to be done sometime.
