Pros

Competitive pay, very intelligent people, senior management is very stern, yet very helpful

Some employees may not particular enjoy what they are doing, rather they do it because they already know how to do it or because of the money.

I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

WORKED WITH A LOT OF GREAT PEOPLE AND SAW SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES MOVE WHERE THEY NEED TO BE. GREAT OPPORTUNITY OVER THERE.

    Cons

I work in New builds and we do not have a teller line and some customers give us crap for it. but we do have tellers that can do complex transactions for customers. And who doesn't like th fact they can take 1, 5, 20, and 100 dollar bills out of express banking kiosk?
