    Pros

Something that I thought was outstanding was how the company invested a lot into training for their employees. It gives them the confidence they need in their positions.

The company didn't have any flaws. Your success was based off of your performance. The company gives you all the resources you need to be successful, it's up to you to make it a great experience.
