    Nothing good to say as Delaware Mgt did not treat African American well!

    Senior Management in delaware were racist!

    I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Great benefits.
    To big to fail.
    Vision for change.
    Many good rank and file people.
    Numerous Opportunities.
    Every corporate culture is in there somewhere.
    Once your established your financially set.

    Cons

    Inconsistent team management.
    Profits transcend everything.
    Pay and responsibilities don't align.
    Death marches are a way of life.
    Actual change is compliance driven.
    Daily experience totally depends on who you work for.
    Senior management clueless on how things actually work.
    Priority is driven by what senior management is scrutinizing.
    Ethics are preached but only really count if there is financial risk.
    ADA is preached not practiced.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fear stifles good ideas from being shared.
    A genius working for JPMC would retire an associate.
    Don't hire the disabled to do jobs their disabilities prevent them from succeeding at.
    Fear has turned the organization into a bunch of "yes men".
    Have an open door for things other than compliance issues.
    Your people really only cares about their bonuses.
    Being a senior manager doesn't mean your ideas are good by definition.
