I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Global, stable company, diverse career paths within company

Cons

Modern day slavery, very little pay, expect 24 hours from you in an 8 hour day, too much politics and lies from the top of management on down, no reward for hard work all year especialy if you are in an IT support role level 1, 2, and 3

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give employees an opportunity to be certified and work hard and reward them for working hard and you will retain the best but failure to do so and you will get the bare minimum performance until they quit and find an employer who will.
