    Pros

Very good company, pays well, great benefits, and perks. Great experience that helped resume.

    Cons

Supervisor and management in certain departments are very evil and they do not care about the employees and will try to fire people for no reason or just because they don't want to deal with them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Coach more supervisors on people skills and management as well.
