I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

A lot of career options out there, many locations, some facilities have mothers rooms and daycare (not free), great at talking the talk

Cons

No work-life balance if you want to get promoted, women still aren't fully valued, notorious for making you take "lateral" positions that are clearly promotions, not so great at walking the walk, Chase pay is BAD unless you're high in the company, JPM is better

Advice to Management

You're losing a lot of good talent because you don't pay to retain them early in their career and management will only hire for positions because of experience, not potential which leads everyone to stay in the same function making ideas stale and discourages thinking outside the box.
