    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leadership is a vital component to developing a successful team. My Advice is for managers to "lead" rather than "manage" to ensure that every team member is equipped and empowered to operate at the most optimal level possible. Micromanagement discourages and can creates a less productive work environment.
