I have been working at J.P. Morgan

    Pros

Time Off- compensation is great; the opportunity to grow with in the company is great. They encourage job mobility so if you do not enjoy what you are doing now, in a year you can transfer to another department with no hesitation.

    Cons

Culture in the company is not the greatest; there is a lot of passive aggressive attitude from people and throwing each other under the bus. There is not a lot of team cohesion as a great company, very individualistic.

I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Employees are the best thing Chase has. Systems are great too.

    Cons

Managers are terrible, they think they know everything, do not care about the employees at all, only about themselves, including looking great in front to the boss.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Long hours, cut down Branch hours so that employees can have a good Work/Life balance. Some work everyday from opening to closing, including Saturdays. Managers can work 60 hours a week.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
