    I worked at J.P. Morgan

    Pros

Positive work atmosphere. JPMorgan Chase consists of some of the hardest working individuals I have met all with a superior knowledge of finance.

    Cons

Working at JPMorgan is a very demanding and time consuming job. If a lifestyle that demands a lot is not for you, then working in such an intense atmosphere might not be appropriate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The communications between management and employees could improve a bit. Overall, management at JPMorgan Chase is some of the best I have encountered.

I have been working at J.P. Morgan

    Pros

Unbeatable variety - the opportunity to take on different roles with different teams. Once an employee decides to seek another role within the firm, no manager can stop the employee from leaving.

    Cons

General lack of training; also below average compensation - compared to peers, which makes it difficult to retain good quality, experienced staff.
