    Pros

    The team I worked with was very dynamic and the workload was challenging but not overwhelming. Management is open to discussion.

    Cons

    Communications between Lines Of Businesses need improvement. Also, a zero tolerance policy creates a fear preventing employees from having good initiative. Policies are constantly changing.
