I worked at J.P. Morgan full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are a lot of institutional resources that help employees learn skills on the job. Having a global platform also gives opportunities to move around.

    Cons

Work life balance is of no concern to managers
Getting things done or having systems changed is hard with so much red tape

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You're facing a talent exodus in your investment banking division. You need to implement work life balance improvements or young professionals will continue to prefer buy-side or tech-sector jobs.

Current Employee - Card Member Services in San Antonio, TX

I have been working at J.P. Morgan full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Culture is great. Everyone is willing to help the customer.

    Cons

Constant changes. Leadership need to find a better way to roll changes out. Once a week meetings which were cancelled most of the time is not a effective way to discuss changes. Even a simple 5-10 minute meeting before shift would work better.
