    Pros

Good company to put on your resume since the name is well known. Nothing other than that.

    Cons

Oh boy! How much time do we have? The place is a sweatshop. They expect you to work 70-80+ hours and then some. You are given a lot of vacation time but they expect you to work on vacation too. I can't tell you how many times my manager called/texted on my days off. My manager used to pound her fists into the desk, throw papers all over and stomp her foot like a baby that needs a bottle! Unbelievable. The environment is downright abusive and intolerable. Technology is antiquated at best. If you are a current employee who is suffering, I feel your pain. Find another job and know that life will get better. It is so not worth your health and well being.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please only advance people to management who are emotionally mature and fit to be managers. My manager would whine all day that she didn't want to be a manager. Then don't accept a position you are not suited for!
