I have been working at J Sainsbury

Pros – Good as an inbetween job but very difficult to consider as a serious career option. You move up quickly at first and then things stagnate after the second year.

Cons – It's a grocery store. And no matter how hard you work you will always be working at a groery store. Employee motivation is low.
